2. Service-Based Orders

Payments made for consultancy, compliance services, cyber security services, government tender services, software setup, implementation, and technical support are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Software Products

Software licenses, subscriptions, digital downloads, activation keys, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or accessed.

4. Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by original packaging and invoice.

6. Refund Processing
